500 Rummy
Meld your cards and race to 500 points
About 500 Rummy
500 Rummy is a classic rummy card game where 2–6 players draw and discard to build melds on the table. Unlike Gin Rummy, melds are laid down for all to see — and players can extend existing melds. The first player to reach 500 points wins.
Objective
Be the first player to reach 500 points by laying down melds and going out.
How Scorecard tracks 500 Rummy
Each round, players score the point value of their melded cards (number cards = face value, face cards = 10, aces = 15 or 1). Unmelded cards in hand are subtracted from your score. Scores can go negative.
