Getting Started
All you need is a Google or Microsoft account to sign in — no separate password to create or remember.
Step 1: Sign in
Open the Scorecard app and tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. You'll be taken through the standard OAuth flow for that provider and returned to Scorecard immediately after.
Step 2: Set up your profile
After your first sign-in, Scorecard will ask you to set up your display name. This is the name other players will see when you're added to a match. You can update it later in Settings.
Step 3: Add players
Before you can start a match, Scorecard needs to know who's playing. Players are managed separately from user accounts, so you can track scores for people who don't have (or don't want) an account.
The first time you create a match, you'll be prompted to create players for everyone in your group. Players you've used before are saved for future matches.
To link a player to a real account (so their stats persist across devices), invite them as a friend from the Friends page.
Step 4: Start a match
Tap Start a game on the home screen to create your first match. See Creating a Match for a full walkthrough.
Installing the app
